The Boys 1st day of PreSchool
Last week we had an open house for Christopher and Harrison. As you can see they thought there new class room was very fun!
And the gym was even better!
So today they were thrilled to go to class, and turn in there collage's.
They turned the collage's in to Ms. Rita. Christopher had a lengthy conversation with her about his collage. Ms. Rita's husbands name is also Christopher Brandt so our little Christopher has a special place in her heart already.

Isak's First day of Kindergarten
Wow where does the time go? It seems that just yesterday we were bringing this big kid home from the hospital. Last week we sent him off to his first day of kindergarten.
Isak was getting irritated with how many pictures we were taking.
He would not give me a nice smile just silly faces.
A quick pep talk from Dad, and one more snap shots with Mom and he was off to class.
Harrison helping Isak find his locker. We all walked Isak to class, and Christopher and Harrison did not want to leave him. When Isak got home from his first day he did not say much. We were unsure how he liked his school. As the week has gone on he has made some new friends, and really seems to be enjoying his new school. We are excited to see what the year will bring.

A Date with Mom and Dad
We were able to sit inside the Budweiser suite. We had as much free food as we could eat.
We had beautiful weather and a wonderful date with our oldest boy! Thanks Auntie Kathy and Scott for watching the little boys for us! It was a great day!
Sprinkler fun!
The Boys 3rd Birthday !!
We started the day out with our friends William and Nolan and Erin at the Children's Museum. The boys were being entertained while Erin and I checked in.
Then it was off to see the Wizard of OZ exhibit. You can just here the jingle in your head as Christopher is riding the wicked witches bike.
Harrison was enjoying watching the witch changing form as Christopher rode the bike.
Then it was Isak's turn.
Harrison was able to feel what it is like to be a turtle.
After the museum we headed back to Erin's house for Birthday presents and lots of love!
After nap the boys woke up to their present from Mom Dad and Isak. New big boy bikes.
And then it was off to celebrate some more with Grandma and Grandpa at the Rainforest Cafe. It was a very nice Birthday for the boys!
The Boys 3rd Birthday part 1
It is so hard to believe the boys have turned 3! Where have the years gone? I guess we have just been so busy keeping up with them the time has slipped away.
Nana and Papa came early to help us celebrate the Boys Birthday. We had pizza and cake and of course presents. Nana & Papa gave them a dragon castle and they both love it!
This is Harrison the next morning watching a show through one of the doors in the castle.
Ginny"s first boat ride
We took Ginny up to the lake at the end of July for the first time. She loved it! She was running in wide open space and there was no stopping her. She found everything she was not supposed to. I won't tell the icky details, but I am sure you can imagine.
Isak's last T-ball game
Yet again I am behind on the blog. It has been a very busy summer and now that I am back to school it leaves very little time for me to update the blog. Isak had his last T ball game in the beginning of August. He was so proud to finish out the season and really nailed the ball at last bat.
The best part of the game were all the treats at the end. Christopher & Harrison even got in on the treats. They loved it!

Como Town
Mark and I won a season pass to Como Town for the boys. Last Monday was a fairly cool day so I decided to finally take them and enjoy the pass. Isak loved being able to drive his own little car.
Harrison was not sure of the magic carpet ride, but enjoyed it in the end.
They all loved the swings the most!
And then it was on the tilt a whirl with Grandma. They really enjoyed that ride as well.
A great day had by all! We will definitely do it again soon.
Trouble!!!
Mark and I stepped out of the room for a couple minutes and this is what we came back to. Mark yelled AUDREY!!! I walked in to see this and just laughed. There was nothing else I could do. There is no way to get nail polish out of a couch. So now we have nice new covers to hide the mess Christopher made. Thankfully these couches are back from Marks bachelor days so it's no great loss, although we were hoping we could get through the craziness of the preschool years before we replaced them. I guess we will be looking for something newer sooner than we thought. But I think we will wait until everyone is a little bit older.
Minnesota National Air Force Base
Last summer Mark and I took the boys to the Minnesota National Air Force Base over the 4th of July. My friend Erin said she wanted to join us the next time we went, so we decided to take all five boys last weekend.
The boys had a so much fun pretending to fly the old air plains, and learning about the old machine guns and tanks.
It was time to leave when Christopher had a complete melt down. He was clearly exhausted from all the excitement. This place is perfect for boys. We will be back again next year.
Our Big News!
Since Mark and I are not busy enough we decied that it was time to add another to our brood. We may be a little crazy, but whats one more right??
We drove two hours to Emmons Minnesota near the border of Iowa and picked out our newest addition Ginny. She is a 10 weeks old West Highland Terrier. We have had her for about 2 weeks now and we could not be happier. Well we could be happier once she is potty trained. She is sweet as pie, and the boys adore her. They have been enjoying getting to know her, and taking her for rides in the car.
