A winter day at home

Today we have been getting hit with a winter storm 4-8 inches and maybe more. Our play date was cancelled due to weather so I had to come up with something fun to do inside. Pea-nutty candy bars were first on the list.

Isak found his own fun on the computer as I was baking.




Christopher and Harrison found even more fun playing in the sink!

And then it was off to play Lego's, and enjoy the pea-nutty candy bars. YUM!

My little Claude Monet

At school this week Isak learned all about the artist Claude Monet. His teacher Ms. Sue planned a picnic, and told all the kids they could dress up like Claude Monet. Wednesday night he told me "Mom I have to wear my best out fit tomorrow for the picnic". He was so excited Thursday morning. He picked out what he thought was his best outfit, and went off to school. This is what he came home looking like.
